Our son outgrew his infant carrier so quickly. I did a lot of research for a new car seat that we could still use rear facing and then use forward facing when he was ready. This is the best car seat! The reclining function is so helpful on long car rides especially since we often drive at night. The first time he rode forward facing he looked like a little prince. This car seat is safe, extremely functional, and definitely affordable! Will always recommend.

The car seat itself is really nice!!! The only thing is you can not get the seat tight enough no matter how hard you try!! Luckily I read the review on this before I bought it and kind of expected it. So I did what the others did and went and got pool noodles and they worked great!! I'm happy with it!!! So is Lucas!!

My husband and I and our 10 month old son like the car sear so far. It is a bear to install though. We can never get it tight enough. We took it to the fire station and they did not know how. The police station installed it wrong. We were given a Mighty Tite The Ultimate Seat Belt Tightener by Sunshine Kidsas a shower gift and it works great getting the seat tight enough. Rear-facing takes up a lot of room. We have a 2006 Honda Accord and the passenger seat is up pretty far. Passengers have to ride in the back for more comfort. I am sure it will be fine once we can turn him around. We had to buy pool noodles to get the incline right for rear-facing as well. Overall, it is a good car seat once you get installation right and forward facing.
